Sustainable supply chain

Scroll

Durum wheat tells an honest story only when every step, from seed to pasta maker, is written together.

The story

For us, sustainability means supply chain: a clear, shared path that starts with the seed selected in the field and arrives at the pack of pasta on the shelf, with common rules and a price agreed in advance.

Every year we build supply-chain contracts with national mills and pasta makers, defining durum wheat varieties, growing protocols and quality parameters before the seed even goes into the field. This gives our farmers a clear technical direction and the processor a homogeneous raw material, traceable batch by batch.

The agronomic practices we promote work on correct rotations, fertilizer doses calibrated on soil analyses and targeted crop protection: fewer inputs when they are not needed, more only where the crop really requires them. This approach reduces waste, protects the soil and lowers the environmental footprint of the harvest.

Our storage facility — with pre-cleaner, dedicated silos and a licence for both conventional and organic — keeps supply-chain batches separate from the rest of the production, preserving the identity of the wheat right up to delivery to the mill.

Clear contracts

Variety, protocol and price defined before sowing, with partner mills and pasta makers.

02

Targeted agronomy

Inputs calibrated on soil analyses: less waste, protected soil, stable yields.

03

Dedicated storage

Silos and pre-cleaner let us keep every supply-chain lot separate.

04

Verified quality

Protein, specific weight and legal parameters tested at every delivery.
